Trading Terms & Conditions


These Terms & Conditions apply to all goods and services supplied by Watershed Business Services Pty Ltd t/a Bus Doors Australia, ABN 24 113 972 106 ('the Supplier').


1. Definitions

Supplier: Watershed Business Services Pty Ltd t/a Bus Doors Australia, ABN 24 113 972 106

Customer: The purchaser of goods/services.

Goods: Products supplied by the Supplier including bus doors, spare parts, and related items.

Services: Any installation, maintenance, or repair services provided.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Orders are subject to acceptance by the Supplier in writing.

Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms: COD unless Credit Application is approved then strictly 30 days from invoice date (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Interest of 2% per month may be charged on overdue accounts.

4. Delivery & Risk

Delivery dates are estimates only. The Supplier is not liable for delays.

Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery of Goods.

Title to Goods remains with the Supplier until full payment is received.

5. Returns & Credits

Returns require written authorisation and must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and returned freight prepaid.

Special orders are non-returnable.

6. Warranties

Goods are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery.

This warranty is in addition to any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Supplier’s liability is limited to replacement of Goods or refund of purchase price.

Supplier is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Credit Terms

The Supplier reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time.

The Customer agrees to provide personal guarantees or security if requested.

9. Privacy

Information collected may be used to assess creditworthiness and manage accounts.

Customer consents to credit checks with credit reporting agencies in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
